Established in 2006 by John Doherty, Doherty Builders is a registered Master Builder serving clients from all walks of life in Christchurch, New Zealand. Doherty who founded the company has been self-employed since late 1980s when he was working as a sub-contractor. John has gained immense experience in building new homes, rest homes, alterations to buildings, undertaken earthquake repairs for many Christchurch home owners. A bulk of his work has been buying land and designing and building a home including construction of exclusive premises as per client needs and selling it at affordable rates. As part of its expansion plans, Doherty Builders is now concentrating on constructing buildings directly for people who want an experienced builder to construct quality homes which they could enjoy for several years to come.
